Chief Minister of Kerala Sri Pinarayi Vijayan presented the C. Kesavan award for 2023 to His Beatitude Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos, Major Archbishop of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church and President of Kerala Catholic Bishops’ Council on 26 February 2024 at Ayyankali Auditorium, Trivandrum.
